You are a beginner and want to get to know the training at box5. The beginner's course prepares you for our regular box5 courses. Here you will learn how to perform the most important movements and exercises of the box5 courses.

BOX HIIT
Box-HIIT stands for box-specific high-intensity interval training. This course provides the basis for training at box5. Here you improve your coordination and strength with functional exercises as well as your endurance on the punching bag.
Duration: 45 minutes

BOXING
In this course you will not only learn the basic techniques of boxing, but all the tactical and technical tricks that can make you a good boxer. In addition, your body will be pushed to its physical limits. The training mainly consists of partner work, claw work, Punching bag work, jumping rope and shadow boxing.
Duration: 60 minutes

MOBILITY
In this course you train your mobility, flexibility and deep muscles. Mobility means understanding the body as a unit of muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia and systematically loosening it, which not only has positive effects in the ring but also in everyday life, such as improved posture or alleviation of back pain.
Duration: 60 minutes

BEGINNER KICKBOXING
In this course you will learn the basic techniques of kickboxing and improve your condition with the claw and punching bag.
Duration: 60 minutes

SPAR
In this course the free fight in the boxing ring is trained. The acquired techniques and tactics for attacks and defenses are used against changing partners.
Duration: 60 minutes
