1. GENERAL

1.1 Adiam Berhane & Benjamin Glaeser BOX BOX GbR based in Frankfurt am Main and with the business address Bernadottestr. 1, 60439 Frankfurt am Main, is based on the applicable legal provisions and the consent given by the user to the use of his data.

1.2 box5 operates a studio for boxing, functional training, personal training and mobility training. Various services in the field of sports and leisure activities and products (collectively the "sports offer") can be booked, reserved or purchased via box5. The sports offers are provided by box5 in its own sales. The subject of the contract is the use of the services of box5 (the "Service"). The use of the services of box5 is made by users (the "Users").

1.3 box5 is aware that the protection and careful handling of the user's personal data is very important. Since data protection is very important to box5, box5 strictly adheres to the legal provisions applicable in Germany (GDPR, Telecommunications Act (TKG/TMG)) when using this data.

1.4 The user is required to visit box5's General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regarding the subject matter of the contract, the user's obligations, limitations of liability and numerous other important information on the box5 website under the domain (www.box5.club).
 

2. COLLECTION OF DATA

2.1 box5 collects and stores any information that the user provides on the TeamUp platform ("TeamUp") and that is sent to box5 in the course of an online booking;transmitted or the user makes box5 available in any other way, for example on site. box5 uses the user's personal data to the extent permitted by law and otherwise only with the user's consent. Insofar as the consent is given electronically as part of an online booking via TeamUp, TeamUp takes into account the legal information obligations and logs this consent using suitable technical systems.

2.2 box5 uses the following personal data of the user: name, e-mail address, telephone number, gender, date of birth, profile pictures, place of residence, booking data, existing products, etc.
 

3. PURPOSE OF DATA USE

3.1. We process your data as part of the fulfillment of the contract for the following purposes: a. To make reservations and store open products. b. To create invoices. c. To create a booking history. i.e. To carry out direct debits e. About contact options in an emergency

You can object to this data processing. A revocation means that we will no longer process your data for the above-mentioned purposes from this point in time. 3.2 If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will process your data to send our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time directly via a link in the newsletter e-mails or by e-mail to:rumbleffm@gmx.de. cancel.

3.3 We store your data for the duration of the contractual relationship. By default, box5 profiles, including the profile data provided by the user, are deleted 5 years after the last booking in the event of inactivity and without a valid product (e.g. block of 10, subscription, etc.). Data that is on an invoice or is necessary for invoicing is stored longer due to the statutory retention period. After the retention period has expired, this data will also be deleted.
 

4. DATA SECURITY

4.1 For reasons of data security, personal data is stored in a closed system (Teamup) and protected with a password.

4.2 Teamup is the contract data processor of box5 and has taken appropriate measures to ensure data security (see:https://goteamup.com/company/privacy/).

4.3 If box5 becomes aware that the user's data has been used systematically and seriously unlawfully and the user is at risk of damage as a result, box5 will inform the user immediately.

4.4 The box5 website contains links to other services or websites. box5 is not responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices of other websites. If the user follows the link to another website, the user is solely responsible for familiarizing himself with the privacy policy of that other website. box5's privacy policy is limited to information processed by box5.

5. USE OF COOKIES
